Registration & Payment

To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit of €300 is required upon registration. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

 

Early-bird discounts apply only when full payment is completed within the stated timeframe.

Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from the retreat team.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the retreat start date: Full refund minus the €300 deposit.
• Cancellation between 21–30 days prior: 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding deposit).
• Cancellation less than 21 days prior or non-arrival: No refund.

 

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, all payments received will be refunded in full.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Health & Responsibility

By registering, participants confirm that they are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities.

Certain practices (such as ice bath or breathwork) may not be suitable for specific medical conditions. It is the participant’s responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional if needed.

 

Participation in all activities is voluntary.

Liability

The organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by external factors, including travel disruptions.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and personal insurance.

Privacy

All personal information collected during registration is handled confidentially and used solely for retreat-related communication and organisation.

 

We do not share or sell personal data.
